Shane Hand, CEO, brings over 20 years of unparalleled business success in agriculture markets.  He has held numerous domestic and international executive positions with Bayer CropScience, Ernst & Young and Acadian Plant Health where he was responsible for portfolio management, marketing and sales.

She has successfully established a competitive research and teaching program in biotechnology and molecular biology, earned over $20 million in research grants and co-authored over 200 publications and scientific presentations.




1402390Koffi Konan PhD, Co-Founder and CSO, brings over 20 years of R&D experience with deep expertise in peanut tissue culture and transformation, immunology, molecular biology, and genetic engineering. He worked previously at the Scripps Research Institute and  the Danforth Plant Science Center.




John Salmeron PhD, Director of R&D, has over 25 years of expertise in strategic design and implementation, genetic engineering, project management, and business development, having formerly worked with agribusinesses such as Syngenta, Intrexon and Precision BioSciences.




Susanne Kjemtrup PhD, Director of Operations, complements our management team, bringing relevant interdisciplinary excellence as a technical consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the agricultural biotechnology sector, having worked for Monsanto.
